  • Forensic analysis of the defendant’s phone data revealed time stamped messages and GPS coordinates placing them elsewhere at the time of the crime, providing substantial evidence of their innocence.
  • Forensic analysis of data recovery disputed law enforcement findings, uncovering discrepancies and providing a clearer understanding of the situation. Resulting in the client’s involvement to be disproved.
  • Forensic data analysis of the defendant’s hard drive provided compelling evidence directly correlating with the charges against them, strengthening the prosecution’s case.
  • Forensic data analysis of the client’s phone provided crucial evidence in favor of the client, supporting their case and potentially exonerating them from the accusations.
  • Law enforcement encountered difficulties in identifying relevant data or presenting evidence crucial to their case. However, our forensic team successfully obtained the device and meticulously analyzed it, uncovering all necessary data essential for the defendant’s case, thereby providing a comprehensive and compelling defense.
  • The forensic examination of the defendant’s computer revealed a trail of incriminating evidence, including deleted emails, browser history, and encrypted files containing sensitive information, solidifying the prosecution’s case and confirming the defendant’s culpability beyond reasonable doubt.
  • Despite forensic analysis ultimately proving the client’s guilt, it provided a thorough understanding of the case and events surrounding it. This comprehensive insight led to the client being granted the shortest sentencing allowed for the crime, taking into account all relevant factors uncovered during the analysis.
